Gryphon has grown from its grassroots letterpress origins into a fully integrated packaging and print finishing operation with a comprehensive list of capabilities that range from diecutting corrugated boxes and plastics to high-end foil stamping and embossing of paper and paperboard.

Nancy Lock
Special Projects
Nancy brings over 20 years experience in the print finishing industry. Her attention to detail and creative imagination allows her to provide constructive advice to help bring our customer’s projects to life.
Chris Miller
Vice President
Chris has over 25 years experience in the industry and his training and knowledge of the equipment in the shop allows him to provide accurate technical advice. Chris looks after the staff and scheduling and keeps production running smoothly.
Mike Sussey
Production Manager
Mike has been in the industry since he was 18 years old and has over 30 years experience on the shop floor this allows him to understand and competently manage all projects in our plant.
Victor Cheng
Estimator
Vic started his career doing print estimating; this experience combined with his knowledge of the finishing industry enables him to understand our customer’s needs and help provide accurate pricing for their finishing projects.
Mike Buchanan
IT and Operations Manager
Mike has been in the industry for 30+ years growing up working for his father’s printing company. He has done it all and has the knowledge to fix any of our shops mechanical or IT problems.
Andy Goyan
Dieroom Supervisor
Andy has been making dies for over 30 years and his knowledge of steel rule die making is unparalleled in the industry. He continues to learn new diemaking techniques and processes which enables us to stay on the cutting edge of steel rule die manufacturing.
Chris Fahlke
President
Chris started Gryphon Graphics in 1992 and has successfully grown the company to where it is today by focusing on high quality print finishing and being a resource to help his customers find solutions to their print finishing projects.
Cathy Fahlke
Treasurer
Cathy manages the company’s finances and has helped oversee the successful growth of Gryphon Print and Packaging.
