Steel Rule Diemaking
Steel rule is a process used to create dies or molds for cutting various materials, such as paper, cardboard, or fabric. It involves the use of steel rule, which is bent and shaped into the desired design, and then mounted into a wooden or acrylic base. This method allows for precise and accurate cutting.
Our state-of-the-art diemaking facility uses laser cut premium birch dieboard and automatic bending machines using top quality steel rule to insure our dies are precise and adhere to the strictest tolerances.
Our dieroom can also produce phenolic counters & upper and lower stripping boards for all diecutting presses.
